The engine room behind WordLord Media: a custom admin portal that runs the whole studio from one dashboard. It covers a block-based page builder for the public site, client / lead / invoice management, task and performance tracking, and staff attendance including a check-in kiosk — with real-time collaboration throughout, plus an AI assistant for content work. Built on Next.js and Convex with authenticated, audited server functions.
